DuraFlex is a lightweight aluminium accordion folding partition designed for visual and privacy separation. It divides spaces quickly without the need for permanent walls, floor tracks, or construction work. It's commonly used in gyms, childcare centres, offices, community halls, and any multipurpose space that needs to be reconfigured regularly.
DuraFlex is a sight barrier only. It will muffle some ambient noise but is not designed or rated for acoustic separation. If sound control is a requirement for your space, DuraSound is the right product. If you only need visual privacy and flexibility, DuraFlex will do the job for less.
Very. At just 9kg/m² it's one of the lightest folding partitions available, and runs from an overhead track with no floor track required. A single person can open or close even a large opening with minimal effort — no tools, no training, no heavy lifting.
DuraFlex is available in heights up to 3.4 metres with no practical limitation on width. It is manually operated throughout — motorisation is not available for DuraFlex. Single-parting and bi-parting configurations are both available.
DuraFlex is built for a 30-year lifespan with minimal maintenance. The patented v-grooved aluminium construction has no internal parts to fail. If a panel is ever damaged, it can be replaced in place by maintenance staff using basic tools. All products include a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
